How the information is used
The information is used to understand the inquiry, review equipment or line requirements, reply through the contact channel you provide and record the source page for internal follow-up.
What we do not publish
Customer contact details, project information, quotations, drawings and private documents should not be published as website content without appropriate permission.
Retention and access
Access to inquiry records should be limited to the responsible business team. Retention, deletion and cross-border processing arrangements must be confirmed according to the company’s actual service providers and applicable requirements.
